Taylor Coward is a Chicago-based storyteller, award-winning podcast co-host, and radio contributor. She previously co-hosted a weekly podcast with WBEZ Chicago, the city’s NPR affiliate, bringing a thoughtful, conversational voice to intergenerational discussions on politics, culture, health, and wellness. The show earned a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award in 2024.

She has a lifelong obsession with speaking into a microphone and loves to use its powers for good. With a background in education and public storytelling, she brings emotional intelligence, authenticity, and a grounded narrative style to every performance. Taylor has extensive live hosting experience, including conferences, auctions, and Chicago’s Black Women’s Expo, where she has guided audiences with clarity, warmth, and presence.
